    I’VE RESERVED A SHOWCASE SLOT

    If your project title in the schedule above is TBC, please send a NEW presentation title of 50 characters maximum to jack@qs.com.

    If you reserved a showcase slot and you are featured in the waiting list tab, and not in the showcase schedule, it’s because you haven’t purchased a ticket yet. As soon as we receive confirmation of your attendance, we will add you to the schedule.

    I’VE BOOKED MY CONFERENCE TICKET

    Tickets for the Conference can be purchased HERE. Showcasing attendees must have booked their conference ticket by NOVEMBER 8th 2019.

    If you haven’t requested an extension to serena@qs.com or jack@qs.com before that date, your showcase won’t be included in the schedule; However it will be placed on our waiting list.

Showcase Presentation Instructions

  1. Showcase last 7 minutes. Presenters should seek to perform or play their presentation prior to the event, to ensure that their material fits the allowed slot.
  2. Presentations should be 16:9 format, 1980 x 1080 resolution.
  3. If your showcase will feature a presentation, it must be in Powerpoint (ppt) form. We are sadly unable to manage presentations in other formats.
  4. Showcasing attendees are at liberty to present their work in the form of video. However, this video should be a maximum of 6 minutes in length, and provide time for the presenting team member(s) to introduce themselves.
  5. Video file shall be MP4. There is no real file limit size;
  6. Showcase can combine presentation slides, video content, and other media by which the project can be showcased to best advantage. However, where videos and presentations are being combined, videos must be embedded into the Powerpoint.
  7. All presentations should be in ENGLISH.
  8. All presentation material must be sent to the organizers in their final form by 25th November 2019. We reserve the right to refuse further presentations or edits after this time.
  9. You are welcome to bring handouts to share with your audience. Your printed material will be placed on the room seats before your showcase.
